A: Please read your coupon/voucher/gift certificate and book the correct session.
Q: What method of payment is accepted?
A: Cash, Check and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) are all accepted.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: No, but I will provide you the necessary CPT codes, chart notes, and receipts upon payment so you can bill your insurance out-of-network benefits.
